Magna-Cryl 640 is a high performance modified acrylic structural adhesive for bonding a wide variety of metallic and non-metallic materials to themselves or to each other. Magna-Cryl 640 develops outstanding shear and peel properties exceeding the inherent strengths of many engineering thermoplastics.
Magna-Tac 2220 is a vinyl modified epoxy adhesive with a paste consistency that offers a light degree of initial tack which helps keep the adhesive in place during cure. Once fully cured with the recommended activators, Magna-Tac 2220 forms rigid, impact-resistant bonds. Magna-Tac 2220 conforms to mil spec MMM-A-134 type II when cured with Activator E.
Magna-Tac 2220 adhesive has a continuous service rating of 65ºF to 250ºF. When the application requires minimal stress or force, temperatures as low as 110ºF and as high as 325ºF may be tolerated.
(2) Magna-Tac M666 is an easy to handle, equal mix by weight, 100% reactive, two part, formulated epoxy adhesive which produces high strength bonds between a wide variety of materials. Coated parts may be mated without delay to cure at room temperature and do not require pressure other then that necessary to keep components in intimate contact during cure.
Fully cured bonds exhibit minimal shrinkage, are electrical insulators and provide excellent resistance to weather, galvanic action and most chemical, acids and alkalis.
It is especially designed for:
Bonding rigid expanded plastic foams to themselves or to metal, plywood, or other rigid materials.
Bonding a variety of skins to cores (expanded polystyrene foam, foamed ...
(2) Magna-Tac BU120D, N.A. is a high-strength, 100% reactive, room temperature or elevated temperature curing adhesive having good resistance to temperatures up to 400ºF. It is used in a wide variety of critical, high-performance applications involving the bonding of all metals and other rigid materials (such as glass, ceramics, structural laminates) to themselves and to each other. Fully-cured bonds yield tensile shear strength in the neighborhood of 1000 - 2000 psi when tested at either room temp or 400ºF. Cured adhesive exhibits minimal shrinkage and excellent resistance to most chemicals.
(2) Magna-Tac E645 MP is a two-part, thermosetting, formulated epoxy adhesive for bonding stack laminations used in stators, rotors, gyros, servomechanisms, synchros, transformers and magnetic amplifiers. It can also be used as an insulating varnish for impregnated coils and small electrical equipment. Bonding is achieved by heat. Only sufficient pressure to assure complete contact is needed.
Because so little adhesive is needed to accomplish a strong bond, which resists shear stress, Magna-Tac E645 has proved practical as an adhesive/dielectric in the fabrication of magnetic accelerator units such as cyclotrons and cosmotrons.
Magna-Tac E645 is a strong metal-to-metal adhesive. Because of its excellent mechanical strength plus ...

(2) Joints made with Magna-Tac M24 have good peel, impact and shear strengths and retain a large percentage of their strength when stressed at elevated temperatures. Magna-Tac M24 is recommended for bonding metals, rigid plastics, ceramics, wood, and porous materials to themselves and to each other.
Magna-Tac M24 is also used as a primer under MagnaTac M611 and other MagnaTac void filling, high-strength epoxy based adhesives where superior peel strength and resistance to weathering are required.
Magna-Tac M-611 is a 100% -solids, two-component, solvent-free, formulated epoxy adhesive in paste form specifically designed for metal-to-metal applications and for bonding other rigid materials such as glass, plastics, wood and structural laminates based on glass or fiber reinforced melamine, silicone, polyester, phenolic, epoxy, etc., resins. This adhesive may be cured at room temperature or at elevated temperatures, depending on manufacturing conditions, properties desired and on service requirements for the finished assembly.
Magna-Tac M-611 and CH-16 are specified by Hamilton Standard Div. of United Technologies Corp. for the bonding of treated Teflon to anodized aluminum propeller blade shanks.
Magna-Tac M620 is an easy to use "no-mix", 100% reactive, solvent free, formulated epoxy adhesive that produces high strength, structural bonds between practically any materials which can withstand a heat cure. Fully cured bonds exhibit minimal shrinkage, are electrical insulators and provide excellent resistance to weather, galvanic action and most chemical, acids and alkalis.
While Magna-Tac M620 spreads smoothly and evenly, it maintains its form once applied and does not flow during the cure cycle. It is excellent for "poor fit" and similar void-filling applications as well as where dripping or running of adhesive must be controlled.
Magna-Tac M648T is a high-strength, room-temperature-curing, 100%-Reactive, two-component, formulated epoxy adhesive designed for bonding all metals and other rigid materials (such as glass, ceramics, plastics, plastic foams and structural laminates) to themselves and to each other.
Fully cured bonds exhibit minimal shrinkage, are electrical insulators and provide excellent resistance to weather, galvanic action and most chemical, acids and alkalis.
Magna-Tac M688 is a thixotropic, room-temperature curing 100% reactive, two part, formulated epoxy for bonding all metals and other rigid materials (such as glass, ceramics, plastics, plastic foams and structural laminates) to themselves and to each other. Fully cured bonds exhibit minimal shrinkage, are electrical insulators and provide excellent resistance to weather, galvanic action and most chemical, acids and alkalis.
When mixed, Magna-Tac M688 is soft and buttery, making it extremely east to spread smoothly and evenly. Once applied, it maintains its form and does not flow during the cure cycle. It is excellent for "poor fit" and similar void filling applications as well as where dripping or running of adhesive must be ...
