		Magna-Cryl 2464 - UV Protective Coating Conforms to Boeing's BMS 1060-A Magna-Cryl 2464 is a UV curable, permanent coating providing painted and bare metal aircraft parts with a protective coating against exposure to jet fuels and other aircraft fluids. It meets Boeing's BMS 1060-A specification to protect aircraft parts from exposure to standard aircraft fluids. Magna-Cryl 2464 can be applied by spray or brush. To cure Magna-Cryl 2464, a UV curable lamp is required. If your company does not have UV curable equipment, we recommend sources to buy or rent this equipment.

		Magna-Cryl 4520 - Wet Lamination Cold Foil Adhesive Magna-Cryl 4520 is a free radical U. V. curable adhesive designed to be for the "wet lamination" cold foil process. This "wet lamination" process is illustrated below where the foil and substrate are married and where curing occurs through the foil. 		Magna-Cryl 5000 - Permanent UV Curable Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Magna-Cryl 5000 is a UV curable liquid that cures to an aggressive and permanent pressure sensitive adhesive. It was designed to be printed in-line providing the printer with the new ability to create adhesive backed film or paper stock on conventional flexographic press equipment.




		Magna-Cryl 6551 - Dry Peel Adhesive Magna-Cryl 6551 is a U.V. curable adhesive designed to laminate film stocks such as OPP, PP, and PE to one another. The peel strength of Magna-Cryl 6551 is designed to allow delamination of these films by the end user, making it ideal for IRC's (immediately redeemable coupons) or "Piggy Back" labels where the films are ultimately separated. Magna-Cryl 6551 is applied in a flexo's ink station cures at speeds between 150 and 300 fpm depending on UV lamp power.
